Refund and Returns Policy

At Decorus Events Miami, we want you to be completely satisfied with your party rental experience. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our policies for refunds and returns.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your rental order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 3 weeks before your scheduled rental time, we will provide a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your scheduled rental time, your deposit will not be refunded. If we need to cancel your rental order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If any item in your rental order is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to provide a replacement item as soon as possible, or we may issue a refund for the damaged or defective item.

Exclusions:

We do not provide refunds or returns for customized items or special orders.
